PSC Annual Meeting

Dear Members,

Our annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday, April 22nd, 2018, 9:30-11:30 am in our sanctuary.

We have had so much growth and excitement in our community in the past year. We are finishing the second year of our flexible commitment pledge model, we are growing in membership and engagement at a pace that is not often seen in synagogue communities these days, and all of our clergy are doing so much visionary and meaningful work. Come hear about it all at our annual meeting.

Of course, we will also be doing the usual business of voting on the slate of officers and trustees and on the proposed budget for next year. Please review the Annual Meeting packet to ensure that you are prepared for the discussion and voting to take place during the meeting. Information in the packet includes the agenda (pg. 2), minutes from last year's Annual Meeting (pg. 3), nominated slate of officer and trustees (pg. 13), proposed budget (pg. 16), and the absentee ballot (pg. 17).

Based on our bylaws, each Jewish member in good standing is entitled to one vote per adult (with a maximum of 2 votes per family membership). "Member in Good Standing" is defined as someone who has been a PSC member for a minimum of 6 consecutive months (i.e., current members since at least October 22, 2017). Members who have joined since then are welcome to attend the meeting but will not be able to cast a vote during this meeting.

If you have questions about the meeting or any of the material in this packet, please feel free to email me at If you are unable to attend, you can complete an absentee ballot for election of officers and trustees only.

Our Board of Trustees and Clergy are looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, April 22nd at 9:30 am.

Best wishes to you and your family for a meaningful and wonderful Pesach!

Irene Moff
PSC President
