PSC offers a wealth of educational opportunities for youths. They are fun for both children and their parents:
Tot Shabbat: 4:30-5:00 pm
Grab your little one and bring in Shabbat with us! In addition to lighting candles and saying Kiddush, we will sing, dance, play, and tell a story! Perfect for any Tot (under Kindergarten) and their loved ones! Takes place on the 2nd & 4th Friday of every month.
Mini Minyan: 11:00 am-12:00 pm
Typically occurring on the 1st and 3rd Shabbat of each month and led by our own young daveners. Kindergarten-3rd graders and their families are welcome to join us for a lay-led service that is both a learners’ minyan and a chance for our children to learn how to be minyan leaders.
Next Dor: 11:00 am-12:00 pm
Typically taking place on the 2nd and 4th Shabbat of each month, our 4th-6th grade daveners come together and participate in a service meant to enhance their praying, connection to liturgy and comfort with the Torah service. This pre-B’nei Mitzvah service is great practice and a safe space to try it all out before the big day!
