Our contemplative/meditative service is back. Join us on the following Shabbat mornings for a new “Petach” (entry way) into our Shabbat morning Tefillah (prayer experience). We will pray together the Shabbat morning service with the help of niggunim (wordless melodies), meditation, breathing exercises, singing, English, and more. This is a great way to learn how to engage oneself in a meaningful prayer through meditation, singing, traditional and alternative prayer models. At 10:15 am, please continue to pray with us as we join together with the main service (which begins at the regular 9:30 am time) in the sanctuary for the Torah service, Musaf, and Kiddush lunch. All are welcome. Please email Rabbi Corey Helfand with questions and to RSVP at [email protected].
